Top Chef: Masters

Last night was my first time ever watching Top Chef, and I have gained a whole new respect for chefs. I've always respected the process of food being made, especially the way my family throws down in the kitchen. But the creativity and care that I saw the chefs put into their food was pretty cool to see. It made me think, are the most creative professions, those that directly appeal to one of our five senses?
